Product Design & APP creation for a new brand including financial integration, payment services, CRM

EarlyBeep is a marketplace APP which connects people for sport and leisure activities.
As CTO I was responsible to develop the full app from scratch to marked.
The product Earlybeep is available on the google play store and Apple App Store since January 2020.

Payment service provider consolidation across countries and channels

Consulidated the number of PSP's and align them cross channels.
Payment volume covered 12 key countries and more than 250 internal Boutiques / 11 Brands, including e-commerce and the contact center. Consolidation from more than 10 PSP to one single PSP including Point of Sale integration.
As a plus Integration of Alipay and WeChat and gift cards.
Design of card non present processes (payment link) in a PCI compliant way.
Design of Global Blue Fast Refund Process with Adyen as PSP on the same terminal as the payments are usually executed.

Omni Channel Boutique Sales App

Product owner of DARE (Digital Advanced Retail) Program for Cartier and the Richemont Group.
Responsible to create together with Cartier a brand new product for 11 Richemont Maisons related to Retail 4.0 and OmniChannel processes by breaking down backend functions into a service oriented architecture.
User Experience as key driver, as the solution is build to engage sales associates during the sales ceremony with the customer - target group more as 2000 sales persons across the globe over 11 Luxury Maisons.
Point of Sale, E-Wallet and Digital payments integration.
Seem-less integration of CRM content / BI Data and E-Commerce features. Orchestration of services with focus on building Omni Channel service bricks. Focus on touch first and mobile first including hardware tablets. Integration of 3rd party applications such as Tax Free shopping, customer address validation, strap configurator, product catalogue, gift cards management. Single Sign On / Authentification and Authorisation from and to multiple applications. Branding / Personalisation. Integration of PIM / DAM.

Enablement of Click and Collect and other ecommerce services

Implementation of key omni channel services - click and collect - non dedicated stock usage - E Customer Service Repairs - Global Transaction History - Global Customer Database - Cross Channel Gift Certificates - Real time stock

Global Inventory Solution for anual and spot inventories

Selection and implementation of a global crossbrand inventory solution supporting spot inventories and anual invenotoris and the count of all production (accessories, watches, Jewlery, leather goods). Fully mobile and offline solution which reduced the inventory time in Boutiques for large flagships from 12 hours with the legacy solution to 3-4 hours.

Omni Channel Payment Solutions (Torex, Micros, GK Software, Oracle, Cegid)

Selection and implementation of a new Point of Sales System, supporting downpayments, online tenders, tax free integration cross channels. Solution is fully offline available to be able to work outside a Boutiqe as well during maintenance windows.

Global Customer Database integration

Implementation and rollout of an global customer database including transaction history, marketing Attributes, integrated campaigns, clientelling, customer merge and auto suggested cleansing cases.

Integration of Payment Solutions Template

Provide all markets with integrated payment solutions via the different payment terminals with numerous card schemas and acquirers. Integrated with B+S, Ingenico, Sixt Multipay, Globalpayments (HSBC), Paymetrics, Bank of America, GlobalBlue, Adyen, HSBC, Worldpay, Wirecard and in addition with local PSP‘s.

Real Time Stock / Stock Balancing / Automatic Replenishment

Full real time stock management implementation over all channels (ecommerce, retail, contact center, B2B) including a treashold ecommerce stock and daily stock report management from B2B partners, which Is the foundation of stock balancing and automatic replenishment. Over stock and under stock situations could drastically be reduced by the solution.

Order Management

Management of Customer orders, including make to order, reservations (incliuding downpayments), put away (excluding downpayments), back to back orders, consignment out to employee and other occasions, consignment sales.
