Approach

How an engagement actually runs — and how you can tell it is working.

Independence as the working basis

I do not sell implementation. That removes the conflict that appears when one firm designs, reviews and delivers. What you get is a decision you could defend even against me.

Access and cadence

I need access to the people who decide and to the documents that already exist. A fixed weekly cadence with programme leadership, one decision point per phase, and short written updates in between instead of status slides.

Working with your existing partners

Your system integrator is not an opponent. My role is the client-side architecture counterpart: test proposals, surface assumptions, record decisions. It usually makes the relationship easier, because both sides are working from the same basis.

Handover

The end of an engagement is not a report nobody reads. It is a decision log, a target picture and a named person who carries both forward. If that person does not exist yet, saying so is part of the result.

Confidentiality

I do not discuss live engagements publicly. What appears on this site is either publicly documented or abstracted so that it cannot be traced to a client. The same will apply to your programme.
